Update on our COVID-19 approach: KJH remains open for business
The safety and health of our clients and our employees are of paramount importance to us. Given the concern associated with the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented a remote working policy with restricted access to the office. As communicated to you, we have always had a business continuity plan in place to deal with an event such as this and to ensure we can maintain business as usual despite having to operationally work in separate locations.
For the past week, technology has allowed us to remotely manage your portfolios on a seamless basis. Our Investment Team and Private Client Team are interacting, collaborating and communicating throughout the day through various platforms. We are able to remotely attend industry conferences as well as company and analyst calls. Tactical portfolio positions and trades are being performed efficiently, as normal.
Our Private Client Service Team and Operations Team are fully functional and continuously in contact. All team members can be reached on their direct office line.
We have had a good response to the weekly client conference calls we have been hosting on the market. We will continue to deliver those to you every Thursday at 10 a.m. Portfolio Managers are available to answer all questions on your portfolios at any time.
